Minimum Requirements:

• A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
• 3 or more years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
• Strong leadership and matrix management skills
• Technologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutions
• Proven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Experience in compiling performance reports
• Solid understanding of retail operations
