    Associate Account Executive

    Your Focus:

    • Work with Sales teams in territory to become knowledgeable in all MicroStrategy products and services so as to effectively and persuasively target the value proposition of MicroStrategy’s products and services to specified pain points for the right buyer profile
    • Communicate MicroStrategy differentiation in a clear and compelling way that drives interest and results in initial sales meetings.
    • Perform contact discovery where necessary as part of the Business Development process to more effectively target Business Development efforts (i.e. – prospect identification and discovery of contact information)
    • Identify and properly qualify business opportunities
    • Maintain daily activities in system of record, tracking interactions with prospects and customers (Experience with salesforce.com preferred)
    • Work closely with the Marketing team in developing new ways to increase awareness of MicroStrategy products and services
    • Drive participation to MicroStrategy events and set-up on-site meetings at tradeshows with MicroStrategy presence
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting
    • Driving channel sales incentive programs within the partner sales community

    Qualifications
    Required Experience And Skills

    • Motivation, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Teamwork, Customer-Focus.

    You Should Also Bring The Following

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of Insides or Outside technology Sales experience
    • Strong telephone and prospecting (cold-calling) skills
    • Proven sales cycle management skills
    • Understanding of enterprise software/B2B high tech industry a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Adaptable to new challenges
