Au Pair | Bo-Kaap, CPT CBD | R8500 Per Month at Au Pair Extraordinaire

• A family is looking for an AU PAIR for their son aged 9 years old and daughter aged 13 years old 
• Area: Bo-Kaap, Cape Town CBD
• Ages: son aged 9 years old and daughter aged 13 years old 
• Working hours: Monday - Thursday: 14h00 - 18h15. Exact daily times shift week to week with the fixture schedule, so some flexibility is needed
• School holiday hours: to be confirmed prior to each holiday period 
• Duties: Candidate is only generally required to work with the children every second week but the candidate is required to remain available through the month and will be responsible for school collection and transport to and from school, extra-mural activities, assisting with homework, assignments and school projects, preparing healthy snacks and light meals for the children as well as assisting with anything childcare related.
• When the children are at their fathers home (within the area), the candidate will be required to assist with household and children related admin such as organising and maintaining children's belongings, obtaining quotes from service providers, coordinating household maintenance, repairs and deliveries, assisting with school and family administration, running family-related errands. 
• Start date: ASAP start – permanent contract
• Salary: R8500 per month (gross, before deductions) + SARS rates per km (R4.95)

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:

• Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
• Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
• Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a passion for children
• Must have Matric
• Must have a South African ID document.
