Job Description
What you'll do:
Responsible for documenting, designing and optimising business processes using automation technologies. Ensure rapid enablement of automated processes while delivering quality, reliability and reduction of manual work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate workshops to gather information by collaborating with business partners to craft processes that deliver optimal results with minimal user effort.
• Apply critical thinking to pre-empt potential errors by identifying dependencies across the process value chain.
• Participate in design, development, testing and deployment, working with IM and other appropriate stakeholders to successfully implement and demonstrably improve the process.
• Document test scenarios and test plans for RPA.
• Provide support to operational teams pre, during and post BOT implementation.
• Complete end to end quality control - post implementation reviews.
• Implements automation solutions to facilitate integration across Regions
• Drive the adoption of automation tools with Operational teams
• Supports the successful transition of solutions to the business for on-going maintenance, operational management and continued improvement
• Create and maintain the BOT library.
• Participate in troubleshooting of issues relating to the process automation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Monitor BOT performance.
• Monitor IT system changes
• Ensure all automation initiatives are aligned to the disaster recovery plan.
  
   

Qualifications

• BCom Degree in Information Systems or a related qualification
• Business Analysis Certification – (advantageous)
• 2-3 years’ Business Analysis experience with expertise in Automation
• Experience with RPA, Power Apps or any automation capability
• Process Mapping experience – Visio, Aris etc.
• Understanding of automation capabilities, business processing, analytics and the core fundamentals of automation solutions
• Experience in Machine Learning, AI, SAP ECC, S4 Hana – (advantageous)
• Experience with Process Reengineering – (advantageous)
• Travel will be required for this opportunity – 25% both nationally and internationally
