Skills Development (BU: HR):

• Create Purchase Requests at Training companies
• Schedule & track Training data
• Document & report Training certificates
• Maintain & Update B-BBEE document repository

Enterprise and Supplier Development(BU: Indirect Procurement)

• Maintain & Update Vendor Master Database Indirect Procurement database
• Validity of B-BBEE certificates & contact vendors for updated certificate if needed
• Managing/Collection required BBBEE docs in repository
• Monthly actual spend update and report to B-BBEE specialist
• Assist in E&S Development meetings with Vendors:
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Collection documents
• Maintain & Update B-BBEE document repository
• Monthly reporting to buyer’s vendor status/requirement needs
• Monthly KPI update & communication of B-BBEE scores

Socio-Economic Development(BU: all)

• Completion of required documentation for internal approvals for all departments.
• Assist in Socio-Economic Development meetings with stakeholders:
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Collection of documents
• Maintain & Update B-BBEE document repository

Qualifications and experience

• 1 year experience B-BBEE administration
• B Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management
• Excel experience
