    B2B FinTech & SaaS Sales - become Enterprise Sales Executive - R450K OTE

    Description

    Are you a university graduate who's had your first taste of the working world, and you're now looking for a fast-paced environment where you’ll get to learn about FinTech and work closely with the leadership teams of international startups?

    About the role

    This role is an opportunity to become a sales development expert, and learn how to consistently create high quality sales pipeline. When you join you'll go through our Go-to-Market Academy training programme, and will then be assigned to one of our FinTech sales development teams. You'll be responsible on executing the outbound strategy of a successful start-up, where you'll be focussed on reaching out to and engaging key decision makers and some of the world's largest companies. You'll also have a clear progression path for moving into leadership role within 2 years.

    What you'll be responsible for

    • Developing a deep understanding of the FinTech you'll be representing, and the market you'll be focussed on
    • Research to identify the right people to reach out to at large enterprise companies
    • Reaching out to these prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and engaging them to the point where you secure an initial meeting or product demo
    • Joining meetings and demos with prospects
    • Contributing to the tactics and strategy of the Go-to-Market campaigns you're involved in

    Requirements

    You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

    • University degree
    • 1+ years experience in a customer facing role (ideally something sales related) either during or following your studies
    • Strong demonstrable interest in Tech, FinTech and Startups
    • High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Based in Cape Town, or can easily relocate
    • South African Citizen
