    B2B Sales Executive

    About this role

    As a member of our sales team you will be responsible for executing a strategy to increase the Hyperli partner community. Engaging partners for joint selling programs, and maximizing revenue opportunities with these partners.
    Furthermore, as a contributing member of a sales team, you are expected to drive sales with and through partners. This is a fast-paced, high growth, collaborative culture so you will need to be a self-starter with strong initiative and be comfortable working in a sometimes ambiguous and undefined space.

    What you need to have to secure the job:

    • Solid experience in a new-business hunting sales environment, comfortable cold calling and with a track record of success in a KPI driven sales environment.
    • Strong customer orientation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
    • Demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
    • Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills
    • Ability to work closely with the entire partner organization
    • Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting new business through: cold calling, established networks and independent research - use consultative selling strategies to reach merchants’ desired outcomes and maximize profit
    • Preparing proposals
    • Contacting, consulting with- and closing deals with hotel groups, B&Bs, lodges, resorts
    • Take ownership of the contract negotiation process.
