Duties:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high standards of product knowledge and presentation
• Work effectively under pressure during busy periods
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant experience in a professional restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or lodge
• Proven ability to work swiftly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
• Previous experience with Micros or similar POS systems is advantageous

Familiarity with the following:

• High-end hospitality standards
• Bar and beverage preparation techniques
