Your technical foundation enables you to uphold the integrity of laboratory processes, ensuring that the bench operates with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to growth. You bring at least three years of experience working in a laboratory within a pathology environment, where you have processed specimens according to established standards and criteria. This practical exposure allows you to comfortably navigate complex procedures, understand the rhythm of laboratory operations, and support colleagues with confidence. Your experience positions you to foster engagement, contribute to high-performing teamwork, and play an active role in supporting our talent development culture by helping others refine their skills and technical capabilities.
