• Hello…an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Health, I.T. area. We are looking to recruit a BI Developer (Permanent).

• As a BI Developer, you will be collaborating with other developers (sometimes on your own, sometimes in a team), to help deliver solutions.
• Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining the required data processes and structure to enable operations. Create customised branded look and feel for end user extraction. Ensure consistent quality delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the automation of reports and or pulling information from the Hollard Health system, ensuring that the correct data is pulling through various online platforms.
• Own the Data integration for all aspects of the business and partners.
• Use the Power BI or similar analytics tool to view information for business making decisions.
• Understand business processes, e.g., member changes etc.
• Provide services as an expert in the business processes.
• Assist the business analysts to Map and Document processes.
• Post-development testing, implementations, and the tracking thereof.
• Ensure that coding is rolled out as accurate and as efficient as possible.
• CI/CD... Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Required Knowledge and Experience    

• 5 years relevant business operations experience.
• Exposure to various programming languages (.Net C#, MVC, Forms) and patterns (MVC, n-Tier, etc.) will be an advantage but not necessary.
• SQL

• SSAS data warehouse
• Design
• UML / ERD
• Flow design / DFD
• Listening, thinking, and learning. We need someone with a passion for programming and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Educational Requirements    

• BCom degree or BA in Finance.
• Microsoft Data engineering and data analysis.
• Microsoft Dev Ops certification.
