BI Developer (SAP SAC) at Clicks Group

Key Performance Areas:

• To perform detailed analyses of data and present the information in a clear, tangible and consistent manner in order to measure operational performance against set objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• To produce and schedule high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports in order to address business concerns and enable initiatives
• To perform programming and system analysis to correct errors, improve performance or create new BI & reporting functionality in line with BI & DWHS development standards. 
• To liaise with users to clarify business requirement to correct errors, improve performance or create new functionality.
• To accurately document technical specification in line with IT guidelines.
• To provide general application support and maintenance as and when required.
• To create and provide end user training 
• To test all programs changed or developed to ensure full functionality and to ensure no defects exist.
• To Manipulate data for analysis and problem solving.
• Monitor and resolve ETL process and data integrity issues and ensure on time distribution of the daily, monthly and year-end scorecards.
• Monitor BI license, user access, usage and manage licence allocation
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud

Minimum Education & Qualification:

• Relevant technical or business qualification – diploma/degree (Essential)
• SAP SAC Certification (Highly desirable)

Minimum Job Related Experience:

• SAC experience (A must) with 3 years’ experience 
• 2-3 years’ relevant data analytics experience with specific exposure to business reporting
• 2 years report development and data driven solutions experience
• Exposure to SAP SAC, SAP BI or Other business intelligence software
• Exposure to SQL
• Desirable: 1-year business analysis experience
