The purpose of this job is to do maintenance, services and repairs on all makes of steel and metal structures in accordance with the company’s required standards. Assemble, install, maintain and repair boilers.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/N3
Valid Boilermaker trade certificate
2 years poultry abattoir experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Must be able to use a variety of hand tools related to boilermaking.
Arc, Tungsten and Inert gas welding.
Grinding and cutting of stainless steel.
Assembling and disassembling of machines/ equipment.
Must be familiar with safety issues related to boilermaking.
