The Bookings Consultant develops and grows both relationships and revenue within the region, ensuring that we continue to further our mission of improving patient care. They have a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets with a high level of customer service.
The Bookings Consultant plays a key role in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. This involves conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, and developing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. They also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and addresses any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Service Delivery
Client-Facing Sales and Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Call all clients to understand the demand and staffing they need, and proactively address any emerging needs or issues.
Day-to-Day Sales Operations
Perform daily sales activities, including calls to candidates and clients to book day-to-day shifts for nurses.
Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client service delivery, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
Accountability for Hours Booked
Booking the target hours on a day-to-day basis.
Monitor and report on booked hours to ensure targets are consistently met and adjusted as needed based on demand.
KPI Support Delivery
Perform sales activities such as booking hours and making call numbers.
Ensure KPIs are met and aligned with company goals, providing regular updates and insights to drive performance improvements.
Operations Management
Adoption and Utilization of Processes and Systems
Use ICG Medical’s processes and systems for effective sales management.
Regularly review and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales and client service delivery.
Building Relationships with Stakeholders
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and met and leverage these relationships to support business objectives and growth.
Collaborative Coordination:
Work closely with other departments, such as recruitment, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and support in meeting client needs and company objectives.
Client Satisfaction and Improvement:
Maintain client relationships to ensure that they are satisfied with the service provided, use feedback to improve on all our service offering.
Team Support and Collaboration:
Support and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals. Share insights and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Continuous Learning and Development
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices. Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and written skills
Must be able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both in person and in written communications, ensuring understanding and engagement from clients and colleagues.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proven track record of creating and executing sales plans that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience
Experience in handling international client interactions, showcasing the ability to manage diverse customer needs and adapt to various cultural contexts.
Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and driving repeat business.
The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required, ensuring availability to meet client needs and operational demands across different time zones.
