    Bookkeeper/Junior Accountant

    WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
    We are looking for a junior accountant or bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support our Accountant and CFO to achieve the financial objectives of the organisation. 

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Capturing transactions in Xero
    • Bookkeeping function to Balance Sheet
    • Petty cash control
    • Capturing and reconciling vendor payments
    • Processing travel claims and expense reimbursements
    • Vat Calculations
    • Asset management assistance
    • Assist with reporting
    • Any ad hoc duties that may arise to support the team

    EXPERIENCE & SKILLSET

    • Matric Certificate is essential
    • Bookkeeping certificate/diploma
    • Proven knowledge & experience with MS packages
    • Min 3 years experience within a similar role
    • Experience with Xero Account Software will be advantageous
    • An accounting degree will be advantageous
