Bookkeeper at Outsourced CFO

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements
• Assist with payroll and other bookkeeping tasks as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years prior bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is ideal, training will also be provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Energy and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic team
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to work USA hours (2pm - 10pm or 3pm - 11pm)
