We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our new branch in Strand, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Oversee inventory management and ordering
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Analyze sales data and reports to optimize branch performance
• Sales Generation in order to reach strategic growth goals;
• Customer Care in accordance with company standards;
• Follow all instructions as per the branch procedures,
• Maximizing and driving sales by exemplary leadership,
• Promote a positive image of the company through high quality customer service,
• Product Knowledge and Self Development;

Desired Experience and Qualification

• Senior certificate (Grade 12)
• 3+ years of experience in a management role
• 2 - 3 years experience in a sales / senior sales position within a technical company
• Valid drivers license with own vehicle
