About the Position

Job requirements:

• Consult with Repairs Technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives
• Use knowledge of products and services to provide information about available parts and service options
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections and cost savings
• Manage and oversee the Repairs division workflow and schedule
• Call customers to advise them on pick-up times
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Desired Experience and Qualification

• Senior certificate (Grade 12)
• 3+ years of experience in a management role
• 2 - 3 years experience in a sales / senior sales position within a technical company
• Valid drivers license with own vehicle

Preference will be given to an individual with previous sales exposure within the Automotive, Engineering, Tools and Machinery and Hardware environment. Added benefit would be experience in Merchandising, Stock Taking, Stock Control, and Retail Branch Procedures or having technical knowledge in the DIY or Hardware environment.
