    Branch Manager- Vryheid

    Introduction

    • Are you an entrepreneurial leader ready to take full ownership of a retail store? As a Branch Manager, your primary role will be to strategically lead and optimize your store's total operational performance.
    • From driving daily sales and profitability to ensuring world-class customer service and visual merchandising, you will run your store like your own business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Store Performance: Execute daily sales strategies, monitor budgets, manage store expenses, and analyze local sales trends to meet or exceed profitability goals.
    • Floor Leadership & Execution: Effectively implement visual merchandising planograms, manage promotional campaigns, and conduct daily morning meetings, floorwalks, and checklists to guarantee pristine store standards.
    • Team Empowerment: Recruit, develop, and retain top store talent; host monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews, track digital training participation (Axonify), and cultivate a high-performance culture.
    • Risk & Admin Control: Execute vital in-store administration, including cash-ups and stock counts; actively manage stock loss/shrinkage, and ensure health & safety standards are met.
    • Customer Service Champion: Resolve customer issues on the floor immediately, review social/Google reviews and CRM reports daily, and inspire staff to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Education: Matric certificate. 
    • Experience: 3 to 6 years of retail experience.
    • Core Competencies: Strong capabilities in deciding and initiating action, leading and supervising, planning and organizing, coping with pressures, and entrepreneurial thinking.
    • Skills: Google Suite proficiency, operational stock management, and a solid understanding of retail and consumer finance operating systems (SAP/SAS) and legislations (CPA, NCA, POPIA, etc.).
