Brand Ambassador - Garden Route Mall at Brown's The Diamond Store

Job Description
The Browns Ambassador will deliver the Browns experience to every client that they interact with, and this will set the tone for the clients visit in our store. 

Brand Ambassadors interact daily with clients and help build brand desirability through unique and memorable face- to- face interactions.  

Duties in supporting client experience include:

• To assist and interact with clients in a warm manner, creating a luxury experience that will impact sales and the store environment.
• To actively engage with clients and share the Browns history and heritage where appropriate.
• Assisting the team by sourcing refreshments for clients, both internal and external.
• Gift wrapping items, replenishing gift supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor neat and organized.
• Safeguard Browns property and be aware of client sensitive information.

• Previous service industry experience is preferred
