    Brand Analyst & Coordinator

    Brief Description Of Key Performance Areas

    • Deliver market and business performance understanding via secondary data sources and package monthly performance through updating various dashboards and reports to be shared with stakeholders across the Africa Zone
    • Support business and brand on strategic analysis to support brand plans, budget planning and other ad hoc initiatives across the Zone
    • Maintain and support appropriate market information systems and tools (i.e. QlikView (IMS), Profit Pool, BPT, social listening) as a source for insights
    • Conduct join the dots analysis leveraging multiple data points to unpack burning issues. Package and share reports with actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
    • Support the execution of market research projects (qualitative and quantitative) as per the CMI learning plan across the Zone
    • Partner with the regional CMI team and the global COE on analytical projects such as MMM and PVN analysis.
    • Provide administrative support as and when required to PMO on CHC specific projects

    Other Job Specific Skills:

    • Experience in quantitative data analysis
    • Experience in using syndicated data sources such as IQVIA, IRI
    • Solid market research understanding with the ability to lead the execution of multiple research projects (qualitative and quantitative) across markets in Africa
    • Microsoft Office tools especially Excel Advanced
    • Experience using qlikview advantageous
    • Project management experience
    • Well organized, rigorous and highly analytical
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Experience in working at cross functional level and achieve tasks through the interaction with others in a cross functional team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Minimum Skills / Experience And Knowledge Required (competencies)

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Minimum Degree qualification preferably in Business, Commerce, Statistics

    Years of experience:

    • 5+ Years in a consumer insights role with a background in analytics preferably in an FMCG company

    Languages:

    • Fluent English (spoken & written)
