Minimum Requirements    

• Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Deep appreciation and enthusiasm for Italian automotive heritage, especially Fiat and Alfa Romeo.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Lead and manage the vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each brand.
• Foster a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership policies.v
