    Brand Manager - Sandton

    To implement CHG brand strategies to enhance the perception and value of the company’s brand. The incumbent is responsible for shaping and maintaining the perception of a brand in the minds of consumers, driving brand loyalty, and contributing to the company’s success in the marketplace.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management or related field.
    • 3-5 years experience in a similar environment.
    • Experience as a brand specialist is critical.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Develop comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen brand identity, differentiate from competitors, and achieve marketing objectives in line with overarching marketing strategy.
    • Define the brand's unique value proposition and target audience, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Drive the effort to identify customer needs and collaborate with internal departments in the identification of ways to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
    • Launch brand activation platforms that enhances the brand experience amongst CHG employees.
    • Lead the design of Clinix Health Group’s customer journey, set milestones and plans for implementation, ensuring that all customer related activities are aligned with customer journey.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among consumers.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep abreast of market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry insights.
    • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of branding elements across all communication materials.
    • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to align brand efforts and maximize impact.
    • Measure and analyse brand performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Respond to brand-related crises or reputation issues in a timely and effective manner.
