Brand Manager at Talenttac

You will be responsible for:

• Marketing Strategy
• Product and promotions
• New store openings
• RPD
• Store Support
• Local Store Marketing
• Social Media
• Website

Requirements:

• Work experience in a previous marketing orientated role is essential
• Experience in a food retail/hospitality environment is an advantage
• Experience with a POS System for reporting purposes ( e.g. Micros) will be highly regarded 
• Passion for the food industry 
• Thrives on working in a fast-paced and challenging environment 
• Good time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising) 
• Demonstrated project management skills (accuracy of work)  
• A self-starter with an ability to work both independently and in a team  
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong communication skills - being clear, convincing and constructive. 
• Reliable and have great attention to detail 
• Creative and innovative, which includes being able to “think outside of the box” 
• Must be able to work on own projects independently within defined briefs 
• Ability to make decisions 
• Team Orientation: Cooperative and effective interaction with colleagues at all levels of management both internal and external        
• Good interpersonal skills 

Travelling will be required for this role.
