Branding Assistant at Kagiso Media

Key Responsibilities

Events & Outside Productions:

• Manage branding requests and allocate resources accordingly
• Attend site recces and put together a branding plan
• Co-ordinate and allocate branding collateral according to a branding plan

Branding Collateral Management:

• Maintain stock take and allocate branding collateral
• Manage the outsourcing of branding work
• Liaise with the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure seamless execution

Office Operations: 

• Assist with daily maintenance of Power Systems
• Assist with daily maintenance of JoJo Tanks
• Assist with daily maintenance of Company Vehicles
• Assist with daily maintenance of Storerooms
• Assist with daily Health & Safety duties
• Assist with daily general office maintenance requests
• Assist with Pick-up's, Drop-off's, Collections and Deliveries
• Assist with performing daily office errand

Qualification:

• NQF Level 4

Skills & Experience: 

• Basic project management skills
• Basic general admin knowledge
• The ability to work independently
• The ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• The ability to work with general tools.
• Code 08 Drivers License
