Introduction

• To support the Broker BIN Administrator by building, maintaining and enhancing relationships with new and existing Broker partners in order to ensure optimal business development.

Specification

• Ensure efficient operational support on all aspects of the Broker Account
• Interpret other insurers schedules and cover against our product cover
• Provide accurate management information and reporting relating to the Broker account
• Assisting on all Broker partner related projects
• Compiling and drafting of Broker Partner reports
• Effectively build, maintain and manage relationships with Broker Partner and Broker Specialists Consultant
• Receive queries from Business Partners and monitor these from cradle to grave ensuring that the query is closed; this includes escalating them to the Broker Specialists where necessary.
• Schedule quoting from bin
• Ensure customer satisfaction, by managing the broker sales email bin

Essential
Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent
• Tertiary Qualification* SAQA Accredited Equivalent*
• Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) competency requirements, FAIS recognized qualifications / Regulatory Examinations / Class of Business Certification and / or CPD according to your DOFA At least 2 to 5 years commercial experience within a commercial insurance company environment.
