Job Description

• In the role of Broker and Broker Support Data Analyst, you will collaborate with a dynamic team alongside the Operational Management Team to facilitate data-driven decision-making and ensure the successful execution of strategies. This positions you within a business set to grow its profit by 35% compound annual growth over the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain remuneration models to align remuneration with business objectives
• Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers in the following areas:
• Provide analytical support to the following departments:
• Underwriting
• Surveying
• Broker
• Broker Support
• Build and maintain management reports, dashboards as well as internal data-driven automations
• Translate analytical results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for decision-makers
• Build, maintain and improve predictive models to support business objectives 
• Clearly communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Hold a Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• The following will be beneficial:
