Broker Client Services Agent

What will you do?
- We are looking for a very strong candidate to join our Broker Client Services Team.
- You need to be passionate about people, display professionalism in dealing with clients and Brokers.
- You will be attending to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker clients and doing underwriting when requested by the client or broker.
Minimum Qualification
- Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
- Matric / NQF 4
- Full FAIS Credits
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 3 years Insurance administrative experience
- Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment
- Minimum 3 years Personal Lines Underwriting experience
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Attend to incoming queries either telephonic or via email from both Brokers and Broker Clients
- Assist with amendments to client’s policies.
- Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries.
- Attend to QA corrections as identified by the QA department.
