Building Contracts Manager - Construction Industry
RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable building contractor based in Cape Town is seeking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building construction and proven experience managing multiple projects, teams, and contractual obligations within a fast-paced construction environment.
This role requires a highly organised and results-driven professional who can oversee projects from inception through to completion while ensuring quality, cost control, and programme targets are achieved.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or similar
Minimum 10 years’ experience within the building construction industry
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management, and site operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and construction legislation
