Job Description
- Dips the bulk bins.
- Dips all flour bins.
- Receives the loading sheet giving flour, bakery and bin details.
- Establish amount of trucks to load.
- Guide trucks under the bins.
- Lowers loading shoot.
- Start loading process.
- Monitor truck fullness to required level.
- Take samples for lab testing at every hatch putting flour in a bucket.
- Seals all hatches.
- Performs any other reasonable duties assigned by Stock control clerk or HOD.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Grade 12
