Your tasks and responsibilities:

• GRN incoming international + Local Goods
• Clear 4811 clearing accounts
• Arrange consolidation of cargo at appointed place
• Complete Clearing Instructions for customs
• Create handover reports for Customers
• Ensure Call numbers are created before installation and Apps Training
• Book Credit notes – both Internal and external
• Physically take delivery of Local Goods
• Create Purchase Requisitions
• Send out Purchase orders to suppliers
• Bulk freight and transport bookings
• Communicate with Suppliers on payments
• Do accounting JVs

Your qualifications and experience:

• 1 - 2 years Accounting and Logistics experience
• Accounting diploma / certificate
