Introduction:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a pivotal link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of project requirements. Your primary focus will be on creating comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and functional specifications, to guide our development teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Conduct detailed interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive insights into project requirements.

Requirements Analysis:

• Analyze gathered requirements to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and potential conflicts.
• Utilize business process modeling techniques to visualize and document current and future workflows, enabling the identification of areas for process improvement and automation.

Quality Assurance Support:

• Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and ensure that the developed solution aligns with specified requirements.
• Play a vital role in the resolution of issues and roadblocks during project development, aligning solutions with both business goals and technical constraints.

Post-Implementation Reviews:

• Engage in post-implementation reviews to collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of the technology solution.
• Implement necessary adjustments based on feedback to enhance the overall efficiency of the system.

Technology Investment Justification:

• Participate in creating business cases to justify technology investments, outlining potential benefits, costs, and risks associated with each project.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess potential risks related to technology projects and propose effective mitigation strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven work experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (non-negotiable).
• Proficient in software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Business Information Systems (BIS) degree (non-negotiable) or Information Technology (IT) degree, or Business Analytics degree.
