Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Team in the effort to improve upon and build out sustainable tools and processes that can be delivered and maintained for our teams allowing the business units to focus on operational excellence
• Ensure continuous data and reporting integrity through maintenance and administration of planning tools and reports, including proactive implementation of enhancements and a special emphasis on data validation and resolution of discrepancies between data sources
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and system requirements related to Daily operations (e.g. Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-Report functions)
• Collaborate with internal clients to understand their unique business processes and requirements, as well as gather and document requirements for enhancements, improvements and ongoing support services.
• Participate in strategic “path forward” discussions/meetings with lines of business
• Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise
• Support ad-hoc requests from the Finance Team as well as strategic and executive leadership
• Work with clients to identify target use cases for automation, define & document business and functional requirements (e.g. process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring)
• Deliver projects and lead clients in strategic planning, program development, process transformation, technology enablement, analytics and decision support.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and industry best practices, and share this knowledge with internal clients and the team.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of custom scripts and applications
• Participate in initiatives to improve the capabilities of the Finance Team through developing thought leadership, authoring articles, and mentoring other team members.
• Design and deliver data visualization solutions to improve data accessibility and understanding
• Support the Company’s efforts to better transform data into insights by aligning on and designing standard dashboards, centralized reporting packages, and KPI reports as well as ongoing maintenance and review of the outputs for accuracy
• Drive the effort to transition from Excel to Power BI as the Company’s primary reporting tool

• Develop and maintain robust Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps) objects providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.
