Power Apps Developer at Exigent Group Limited

Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom application development.

Development and Customization:

• Design and develop scalable and user-friendly applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Customize and configure the Power Apps platform to meet specific business needs.

Integration and Automation:

• Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft Office 365 applications, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
• Develop workflows and automation processes using Power Automate.

Data Management and Security:

• Create and maintain data models, entities, and relationships within Power Apps.
• Implement security and access controls to ensure data integrity and protection.

Testing and Support:

• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Apps applications.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Apps platform and recommend improvements or enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power Apps formulas, expressions, and app development best practices. Experience with Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps in Power Apps.
• Familiarity with data connectors and integrations within Power Apps.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and database design principles.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Microsoft Power Apps or related certifications are a plus.
