    Food & Beverage Cost Controller – Dikhololo Resort

    Key Performance Areas:

    • As a Food and Beverage cost controller, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire resort.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Responsible for overseeing, receiving issuing, storage and inventory
    • Responsible for daily stock counts on various area/stock
    • Responsible for proper document of all merchandise entering and leaving the store area
    • Maintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas
    • To report on variances and take follow up action
    • Single accommodation available

    Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:

    • Good general knowledge of food and beverage products
    • Strong administration, management and leadership skills
    • Previous bookkeeping/ accounting experience would be an advantage.
    • Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Accurate and reliable
    • Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Excellent communication and organization skills
    • Dedicated to food quality and control
    • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
    • Work against normal office hours
    • Work on public holidays, weekends and during high seasonal periods.

    Maintenance Manager – Dikhololo Resort

    Key Performance Areas:

    • To Manage & actively run all aspects of the technical, mechanical & grounds maintenance of a large and expanding resort. The ability to plan & execute maintenance programs & projects.
    • The ability to implement & maintain preventative Maintenance programs. Management of Departmental expenditure, budgets, stock and tools. The successful candidate must be prepared to work a 6-day week, shifts, public holidays weekends and overtime.
    • Will be required to manage staff and to liaise with Service providers to achieve desired standards and service levels
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a large operation within the Hospitality Industry
    • Sound knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, building, carpentry, aircon, heat pump, water reticulation/sewerage plants, swimming pool and general maintenance
    • Be able to control stores.
    • Supervise staff and assist in resort activities.
    • Un-endorsed code B drivers’ licence and valid matric (Code 14 would be advantageous)
    • Computer literate

    Company Secretary Administrator

    • To provide end-to-end company secretarial, statutory, governance and compliance administration support across all Group entities, trusts and associated structures, ensuring full compliance with the Companies Act, CIPC requirements and best-practice corporate governance standards.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Administer statutory records for all Group companies, CCs, and trusts in compliance with the Companies Act, 2008.
    • Prepare and lodge all CIPC documentation, including director changes, MOI amendments, share transfers, auditor changes and registered office updates.
    • Maintain Accfin Sky Secretarial programme records and entity schedules.
    • Plan, coordinate, and administer AGMs, SGMs, General Meetings and Audit Committee meetings.
    • Support the Group Compliance Officer with statutory and corporate governance requirements.
    • Provide statutory sign-off support for AFS where required.
    • Maintain electronic and physical records, including share certificates and title deeds.

    Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:

    • Matric
    • Strong administration skills
    • Detail-orientated
    • Organised
    • Knowledge of Accfin Sky
    • Knowledge of CIPC processes would be advantageous

    Qualifications:

    • Company Secretary Course or equivalent would be advantageous.
