EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a waiter, or
3+ years’ experience in a customer service environment.
Experience working with retirees or older guests will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Pilot POS will be an advantage.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Friendly, polite, patient, and respectful.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Has a natural ability to build rapport with guests and apply subtle, effective sales techniques.
Maintains a professional appearance and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Is reliable, punctual, and able to work shifts as required.
Has their own reliable transport.
Has a clear criminal record.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
Valid South African identity document, or a valid work permit and passport.
Relevant experience as outlined above.
Contactable references from previous employers.
Availability to work shifts as operationally required.
