To serve as a strategic Business Analyst who can define clear problem statements, collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business, and drive the discovery and implementation of optimal solutions. This role is responsible for capturing and organizing corporate knowledge to ensure accessibility and reusability, supporting change initiatives, and enabling continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical capabilities, comfortable engaging with business teams, and knowledgeable in business analysis practices (aligned with IIBA standards). While not required to code, the candidate should be willing to learn and work with modern tools such as AWS and APIs, and be capable of writing integration specifications to support technical and business alignment.
Experience
5-7 years working experience as a BA in the financial industry.
Must be capable in using a variety of techniques and completing business analysis tasks independently.
Understanding of business process and translating requirements into business processes, context diagrams, visual explanations, etc.
Functional and business process design
Communication and translation of information across business and technical environments (Interface between business and Technology)
Design of evidence-based best practice solutions Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
Project Management principles and relevant development lifecycle experience
Agile development lifecycle principles and experience Understanding of systems and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
