Job Description:

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements across departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and solution designs
• Prepare business cases and impact assessments for proposed changes
• Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and deliverables

Skills and Experience: 

• 8+ years in a Business Analyst role, with hands-on project management exposure
• Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging across multiple levels of the business
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills
• Proven ability to manage change in a dynamic, multi-faceted organisation

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science or Certified Test Analyst
