What you’ll have done before:

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce)
• 3 years experience in Finance/ Business Analysis
• Understanding of Refinery Infrastructure 

What you will be doing

• Ensure support on debtors on a monthly basis and generate invoices to all customers and follow up to ensure payments are received 
• Generate and provide age analysis and statements and process all related SAP transactions 
• Support the credit management process through ensuring timeous processing of all invoices received from service providers 
• Ensure effective process and reporting through coordination of the EIH business plan, consolidation and reporting of relevant information 
• Identify areas for cost optimization and future revenue generation 
• Preparate and submit accurate monthly management accounts and commentary
