Business Analyst (Financial) at Parvana

What you will be doing:

• Analyse financial information and trends to identify variances and make forecasts.
• Create and manage financial models to assist business planning and support decision-making.
• Develop financial reports and present them to management and stakeholders.
• Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and challenges.
• Advise and assist operational teams on financial matters.
• Find opportunities to reduce costs and increase revenue.
• Help to develop annual budgets and forecasts, then monitor performance and suggest corrective actions if needed.
• Support strategic initiatives by evaluating financial impact and finding and assessing potential investment opportunities.
• Assess and improve financial processes, including using technology and automation to optimize operations.

What our client is looking for:

• Relevant tertiary studies in Finance or Accounting would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
• 3+ years in analysis or business partnering.
• Experience in building and managing financial models is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of appropriate analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools is advantageous.
