    Senior Application Support Analyst

    What you will be doing:

    • Take charge of designing, building, and keeping internal business applications running at optimum efficiency.
    • Handle relationships with vendors to optimize mutually beneficial relationships.
    • Oversee and ensure core applications are set up and delivered, making sure everything works together seamlessly.
    • Work with stakeholders on buying, innovating, developing, changing, and maintaining the Information Systems environment.
    • Risk management through ensuring core and extra license agreements remain compliant and budget friendly.
    • Create reports and visuals using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI.
    • Set up ITIL systems and processes to support a shared services model.

    Technical Analyst (US Hours - West Coast)

    What you will be doing:

    • Develop robust / scalable digital solutions by making use of built-in functionalities and focusing on front-end scripting.
    • Troubleshoot complex digital issues, identify the root cause and implement effective and sustainable solutions.

    IT Support Engineer (Tier 1)

    What you will be doing:

    • Keep an eye on, check out, and help get rid of security threats.
    • Take care of service requests and stick to SLA standards.
    • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
