Business Analyst (Senior) at Parvana

What you will be doing:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Develop and propose innovative solutions that address business needs and align with organisational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Support project managers in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial but isn’t essential (Business Administration, Information Systems, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, as well as data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex business problems.
• Ability to lead and influence others, and to work effectively in a team environment.
