What you need:

Experience in planning and developing mid- to high-rise residential apartment buildings, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
Skilled in managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
Ability to prepare and oversee project briefs and timelines, ensuring clarity and goal alignment.
Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional organisation, and a proactive, adaptable approach.
