Scrum Master at Parvana

What you will be doing:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the project backlog and prioritise work items.
• Track project progress and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Continuously improve the Scrum process and team performance.

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
• 5+ years Scrum Master experience
• 3+ years project management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
