Data and Analytical

• Solid working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g. reporting, querying software, OLAP, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data mining)
• Develop analytical models
• Provide support and input when identifying analytical requirements
• Database administration
• Understands the business issues and data challenges of a client’s organization and industry in order to provide solutions
• Identifies the client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
• Develops functional processes and where appropriate specifications for implementation of solutions
• To analyze the processes required during operations of service and production related operations, with respect to:
  • Process definition and identification of all inputs, transformational steps (whether value adding or not) and clear definition of the output.
  • Construct a process flow diagram to ensure that the various process activities and interrelationships are defined.
• Develop process flow diagram, which may require “as is” and proposed with the necessary notes and definitions for discussion and clarification with clients.
• Develop process performance measures as appropriate.

Project Management

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing on to client.
• Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

Systems Analysis

• Draft Solutions Design documentation, ensuring solution meets technical requirements.

Systems and Communication

• Works with colleagues to elicit high-level system requirements and capture business needs
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
• Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions
• Basic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as a CRM or ERP
