Core Description    

Analyse the business requirements and translate it into the needs of the business to ensure operational execution under the guidance of business architecture. Provides input into the business process design. Document concrete requirements specifications for all Openserve projects. The specifications produced will describe how the solution integrates with both the business processes and products, and the existing IT infrastructure. It will be required that Openserve’s solutioning process is followed, and that Openserve’s standard documentation is used. Required Certification    

• Recommended: CPBA – Certificate Programme in Business Analysis.

Qualifications    

• Relevant 3-year degree or Diploma (NQF level 6) with 2 years relevant Business Analysis experience.

OR

• Matric (NQF4) with 5 years relevant Business Analysis experience.

Experience    

• Relevant 3-year degree or Diploma (NQF level 6) with 2 years relevant Business Analysis experience.

OR

• Matric (NQF4) with 5 years relevant Business Analysis experience.
