Business Analyst at Juru Holdings

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in an agile/iterative manner, focusing on delivering value with light documentation.
• Adapt quickly to changes in business direction and make necessary adjustments on the fly.
• Proactively facilitate workshops and sessions, driving outputs related to business functionality and capabilities.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including both upward and downward management, ensuring alignment and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Own the delivery of business analysis tasks, ensuring quality outcomes aligned with the project objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong skills in an intermediate to senior role.
• Extensive experience working within agile/iterative methodologies.
• Ability to navigate and thrive in environments with shifting priorities, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Experience facilitating workshops and owning the related deliverables.

Advantageous Experience:

• Familiarity with marketing/campaign systems and/or direct marketing processes.
