Business Analyst at Juru Holdings

Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join my client in Cape Town on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will work within an agile environment and should demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities. This role requires a proactive, self-starting individual who is comfortable facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of deliverables.

• Work with product owner/ business analyst and senior business analyst to strategise and provide workarounds as needed

Qualifications / Context:

Marketing:

• Business Analysis qualification and minimum of x 10 years experience - 5 years on a demonstrated senior level
• Advantageous to have process mapping experience
• Experience in two areas , namely :
• Work with business & product owner to document solution options for marketing selections, strategies and execution in light of expected timelines across multi-company stakeholders
• Elicit business requirements and feed into relevant delivery areas
• Develop & map data migration requirements associated with marketing options 
• Work with technical teams on refining requirements and testing plans
• Develop UAT test plans and undertake UAT including working with business stakeholders 

Backfill for Contact Centre & Collections Streams:

• Support main analyst with testing, requirements elicitation and data mapping
