Business Analyst at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech

Here is the Job Role:

• Has a decent working experience of 5-6 years out of which at least 4 years should be in the field of business analysis, requirements gathering and user story writing.
• The BA should have practical knowledge of banking world and have worked on projects related to the same. Digital and Retail banking knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Should have a knack of thinking ahead and comfortable with basic understanding of downstream interface systems.
• Should have practical knowledge of writing requirements document, user stories and functional specifications documents and have agile methodology knowledge.
• Good with communication skills since the role demands to speak directly with the client product owner without any intermediary.
• Added advantage would be if the BA has worked with multiple teams and dealt with multiple stakeholders in the same team.
• Added advantage would be if the BA has worked in teams wherein they have interacted with testers, product owners or system analysts.
