Business Analyst 

The scope of their services will include the below.

1. Communicate with internal colleagues and stakeholders to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
2. Work with external stakeholders and delivery partners to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function, or product provided
3. Use data modelling practices, requirements definition techniques and tools, test case and scenario creation techniques to output project artefacts, such as (but not limited to)
   1. Business Requirements Specifications
   2. Functional Requirements Specifications
   3. Business Process Models
   4. Requirements stated as User Stores
   5. Test Cases and Scenarios

                                                              i.     Defect Tracking

1. Training Material associated to the project deliverables
2. Consider opportunities and potential risks attached to suggested solutions
3. Assist in the identification and the processes and information technology required to introduce recommended solutions
4. Gain agreement, from all stakeholders, of the best method of introducing the recommended solutions to the business
5. Communicate the benefits of the recommended solutions across the business and help to address any uncertainty and concern
6. Support staff and teams in implementation of the recommended solutions, including helping to resolve any issues

1. 1. Assist in the testing efforts, with tracking of defects
   2. Go live support when project deliverables are being deployed
