Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) initiative by driving requirements gathering, business analysis and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with business, compliance, product and technology teams to define and document business and functional requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with governance and regulatory standards. The role also involves supporting solution design, defining and maintaining product rules, facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. 
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery environments, excellent stakeholder management skills and proficiency in Jira, with the ability to deliver high-quality documentation that supports successful product implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for BaaS onboarding and capabilities.
• Define functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support product rule definition and ongoing tuning (compliance, onboarding rules).
• Facilitate collaboration across business, compliance and technology teams.
• Ensure governance alignment and readiness of requirements before development.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• Participate in UAT and business validation activities.
• Maintain traceability of requirements to delivery and regulatory needs.

Key Deliverables:

• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop functional specifications, process maps and business process flows.
• Define, document and maintain product rules, ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Create and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, documenting results and supporting business validation.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements from elicitation through delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, obtain sign-offs and ensure alignment across business, compliance and technology teams.
